Videberg Kraft is building a new nuclear power company from the ground up, where core nuclear technology, safety-critical systems, and regulatory capabilities are established in parallel with the project execution. We are now looking for a Senior Procurement Project Manager (Nuclear) who thrives in complex environments and wants to play a key role in securing our most critical deliveries through strong supplier partnerships and contract structures.
Your role
As Senior Procurement Project Manager (Nuclear) in the Supply & Contracting team, you will be responsible for contracting and managing key suppliers delivering the nuclear scope of the project.
You will be part of a small, experienced team operating at the center of the project, alongside industry partners, authorities, and international experts, in an environment where safety, quality, and long-term thinking always come first.
In this role, you will drive the contractual and commercial backbone of the nuclear scope, ensuring that critical deliveries meet the highest standards in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring the plant is delivered on time, to required performance, and with full control of scope, timeline, and risk.
Strategic contracting & supplier partnerships
Establish and develop long-term partnerships with key nuclear technology suppliers
Structure and negotiate contracts, agreements, and collaboration models
Ensure alignment between contractual frameworks and technical and regulatory requirements
Quality, compliance & supply chain oversight
Ensure suppliers meet stringent requirements for safety, quality, and compliance
Oversee and continuously evaluate the global supply chain within your scope
Contribute to supplier qualification and selection processes
Project control & interface management
Maintain control over scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change
Drive structured decision-making across technical and contractual interfaces
Ensure alignment between engineering, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Governance, collaboration & leadership
Lead cross-functional collaboration related to your scope
Establish structures for follow-up, reporting, and governance
Manage key suppliers through clear communication and escalation paths
Contribute to building a culture defined by safety, quality, transparency, and disciplined execution
We are looking for someone who
Has a relevant academic degree (e.g. engineering, business, or a related field)
Has significant experience in procurement, contract management, or project management in complex environments
Has worked with large-scale industrial projects, preferably within regulated or safety-critical industries
Is comfortable managing strategic supplier relationships and complex contract structures
Has strong analytical and structuring capabilities, and can navigate ambiguity
Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
Is fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
