IT Procurement & Sourcing Specialist – Videberg Kraft AB

Videberg Kraft is currently building a new nuclear power company from the ground up, where strong procurement governance is a key enabler of long-term success. As a project company, Videberg Kraft is tasked with developing, constructing, and operating Sweden’s future nuclear power.

We are now looking for an IT Procurement & Sourcing Specialist who wants to help establish structures, processes, and ways of working for indirect procurement in a highly regulated and societally critical operation.

Your role

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, procurement, and supplier management within indirect categories, with a particular focus on IT services, systems, and vendors. You will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, legal, and finance to ensure commercially sound, cost-effective, and regulatory-compliant agreements.

Sourcing & Procurement

• Lead sourcing and procurement processes within IT and other indirect categories

• Ensure commercially robust contracts and supplier selections

• Manage commercial terms, negotiations, and contract administration

• Support the organization in supplier dialogue and collaboration

Supplier & Contract Management

• Establish structures for supplier management and follow-up

• Ensure compliance with contracts, requirements, and regulations

• Work closely with IT, security, and legal to manage risks and requirements

• Contribute to the standardization of contracts and procurement processes

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in indirect procurement and sourcing, preferably with an IT focus

• Has worked with procurement and supplier management in complex organizations

• Is business-oriented, structured, and comfortable taking ownership

• Thrives in environments where much is built from scratch

• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English
